Hi, I’m Jessica Blanchard, Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner Registered Dietitian, and Medical Student (graduating May 2024!).
I use a combination of yoga, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine to find simple solutions for my clients. I’m on the path to becoming a medical doctor, because I want to help people to heal. I believe that many doctors don’t put enough emphasis on the things we do every day -- like diet, lifestyle, and sleeping habits.
More than fifteen years ago, I suffered with PCOS. Doctors told me the only way to "fix" my problem was to take hormones. I didn't buy it. Working with my Ayurvedic teacher and my yoga mentor, we figured out a treatment protocol. It worked. I have two adorable children. I conceived at 39 and 42 with no problems.
